This site was audited against WCAG 2.1 AA on October 4, 2026, covering blind, deaf, and mute visitors.
Blind and low-vision visitors: descriptive alt text on images, a working skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus outlines on all interactive elements, logical heading order, and verified color contrast — green headings on white at 5.53:1, body text at 21:1, and top-bar text on blue at 4.56:1, all passing the 4.5:1 AA standard.
Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors: the homepage video includes closed captions and a full written transcript; no information is conveyed by audio alone.
Mute and non-speaking visitors: you can reach us and book without a voice call — WhatsApp chat, text messaging, and online booking are available throughout the site, and phone number fields are always optional, never required.
