Our experience with Jimmy and Vital Clean was great. It was a much better experience than other carpet cleaners we've had out. The quality was exceptional and you can tell that Jimmy takes pride in his business and what he does. He stretched, repaired and cleaned our carpet and deep cleaned our tile and grout, which made a noticeable difference. Huge pressure salesman who accused me of blocking him because my phone died, and I didn't respond right away. I told him I had to discuss with my wife. He requested he watch our discussion. I declined. He later raised his quote from $600 to $825. The interactions with this company felt extremely strange and unprofessional. Went with another quote for $325 for the same job. --- Adding this to respond below. As you know, I told you on site the quote we had received from another company, and I also told you the price. I was actually still considering you. The next day I found a new stain and sent you a picture asking if you could still guarantee your work with that stain. You responded saying that you were raising the price and you'd prefer I go elsewhere. It was a surprising response. That's fine. You can charge what you want. I do however think it's useful information for people to know the price difference between you and another credible company.

Jimmy is amazingly honest. He came in inspected my issue and instead of just taking my money recommended I replace the carpet. If you want someone who is impeccably honest, call him!!!
